100% moulded fibre - 100% recycling

Basically, the manufacture of moulded fibre products requires the following process stages:
- Material processing
- Moulding
- Drying
During material processing, cleaned primary or secondary fibre material is transferred into the pulper, a large vessel with a volume of several cubic metres, and large amounts of water are added until a pumpable fibre mass results.
The moulding process is the most important stage in the manufacture of moulded fibre packaging. To create a three-dimensional form, the fibre mass is put into shape by means of a suction and pressure process during which the fibres are deposited on a sieve unit, where a wet fibre felt builds up.
During the subsequent drying process, the wet fibre felt, which is still very unstable, has to be dried to create a useable product.
Moulded fibre products can be disposed of in many different ways without having any harmful effects on the environment, because they originate from the reproductive raw material wood. This means that they can be dumped, composted or even burnt without any problems, because they just happen to be environmentally friendly!
